Payment Terms

At Vie Apparels, we currently accept only prepaid orders through secure payment methods. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time, but we’re excited to announce that this option will be introduced soon for your convenience.

All orders are subject to confirmation. Once your order is placed and confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within 5 to 6 business days, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery timeline.

Exchange and Product Usage

We want you to love your Vie Apparels purchase! For exchanges, please ensure the following:

• Garments must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Original packing and tags must remain intact.
• Damaged items may be exchanged for a new one or a Credit Note if the size or article is unavailable.

Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time, but exchanges or Credit Notes are available for eligible items after inspection.

Vie Apparels is not liable for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or logistical issues beyond our control. We strive to ensure a seamless experience and will communicate any delays promptly.
